• Collection of comprehensive data pertinent to the patients’ health or situation.
• Assists the Physical Therapist in the review of assessment data to identify diagnoses or issues.
• Assists the Physical Therapist in planning interventions and goals with the patient / family based on identified problems and desired outcomes.
• The Patient’s Plan of Care is developed to attain expected outcomes.
• Implements the identified plan.
• Evaluates progress toward attainment of expected outcomes.

What You Will Need:

• Graduate of an accredited School for PT Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant Degree .
• FOR SPECIALTY AREAS:  Previous experience as specified by PT Team Leader.
• Current license as a PT Assistant; valid BCLS or completion within 90 days of hire.
