MRG Exams, a leader and premier service provider of independent medical examinations is currently seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team!
In this full-time position, the Client Service Specialist will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing upwards of 50 physicians' daily schedules for their workers' compensation IMEs. You will also be responsible for growing client relationships by providing excellent customer service and ensuring issues are addressed promptly and professionally. We are looking for an individual who has the ability to take initiative, be self-motivated and is an accountable and dependable performer. You must also effectively contribute as a team member, promoting cooperation and collaboration when working with others to achieve excellence in overall performance in the department.
In this role you will also:
Perform routine clerical and administrative duties such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files.
Routinely evaluate processes and innovate systems that will enable the department to run at capacity while maximizing profit margins.
Ensure our physicians' credentials and continuing education credits are up to date.
Responsible for upholding the Company's values and team member characteristics.
High School Diploma
Minimum two years of office experience.
Workers' Compensation background preferred.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be detailed oriented.
Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality to HIPAA Standards.
