Position Overview
As the CTMP, you will serve as the senior physics authority for Radiation Oncology, ensuring the safe, precise, and high-quality delivery of radiation therapy to our nation’s Veterans.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all medical physics and dosimetry operations
Oversee quality assurance (QA) for radiation therapy equipment
Ensure compliance with national standards, including:
American College of Radiology
American Society for Radiation Oncology
American Association of Physicists in Medicine
Supervise and mentor physicists, dosimetrists, and technical staff
Serve as a key advisor on radiation safety and regulatory compliance
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in patient care
