Position Overview:
Allison Audiology is seeking an experienced and compassionate Audiologist who is passionate about patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
The ideal candidate is confident, personable, and motivated to provide comprehensive audiologic care while becoming a trusted long-term hearing healthcare partner for their patients. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostic testing for adult patients
Provide hearing aid consultations, fittings, programming, verification, and follow-up care
Evaluate candidacy for and manage Lyric hearing aids, including insertions and ongoing patient management
Perform tinnitus assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Conduct auditory processing evaluations and provide treatment recommendations

Qualifications:
Master's degree or Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) required
2+ years of clinical experience preferred, ideally in a private practice setting, though motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong diagnostic and hearing aid fitting skills
Experience with tinnitus management and/or auditory processing evaluations is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary plus bonus potential $105,000-$115,000
