Parkway Hearing is an independently owned, patient-centered audiology practice serving the Chestnut Hill community-one of the most well-established and highly educated areas of the Greater Boston region. The practice is known for providing evidence-based, pressure-free care grounded in clinical best practices. Providers have full professional autonomy to make the decisions needed to support each patient's long-term hearing health.
Specialties include tinnitus retraining therapy (TRT), sound tolerance disorders such as misophonia/hyperacusis, and comprehensive adult diagnostics. The practice maintains a warm, collaborative environment focused on lifelong learning, high-touch patient care, and excellent outcomes.
This is an incremental hire due to continued growth.
Position Overview
Parkway Hearing is seeking a compassionate, motivated Audiologist (Au.D.) to join their team in Chestnut Hill. This role can be structured as full-time or part-time.
The ideal provider is curious, open to coaching, and eager to grow in specialty areas such as TRT and misophonia. You'll step into an environment where clinical autonomy is respected, best practices are non-negotiable, and your ability to create meaningful patient connections is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive audiological evaluations for primarily adult patients.
Provide patient-centered care following all audiology best practices, including verification, validated outcome measures, and evidence-based treatment pathways.
Manage and treat tinnitus, hyperacusis, misophonia, and sound-tolerance disorders (training available for the right candidate).
Counsel patients and families with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
Fit and program hearing instruments using real-ear verification and evidence-based protocols.
Collaborate with the owner and clinical team to ensure continuity of care and strong patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow all compliance protocols.
Participate in ongoing learning, case discussions, and process improvements within the clinic.
